1. What are softcore squishies made of?

Softcore's squishies are made from soft, food-grade silicone that’s gentle to the touch and designed for everyday squeezing. They’re non-toxic and safe to handle, but please remember they’re collectible toys, not food, so don’t put them in your mouth or bite them.
2. Can I take my squishy out and actually play with it?

Yes, please do! Softcore squishies are made to be squeezed, poked, and carried around with you.

To keep them in their best condition, try to:

  • Keep them away from sharp objects and strong heat
  • Avoid pulling them too hard or twisting small details
  • Keep them clean and dry if you take them outside

Think of them as soft little companions: fun to play with, but still collectibles you’ll want to take care of.
3. When will my order ship?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. 4. What if my order is delayed or doesn’t arrive?

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while, or your order seems lost, please email us at support@softcore.life with your order number.

We’ll:

  2. Help you investigate what happened
  3. Arrange a reshipment or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost, in line with our Return & Refund Policy
