6.1 Eligible Returns (Unconditionally Accepted)

  • Returns or exchanges are unconditionally accepted in cases such as: You received the wrong item. The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • An item is missing from your orderIf any of the above applies, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • For approved cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and help arrange a replacement or refund.

6.2 Other Return Requests

  • For return requests not covered by the above (for example, a change of mind), the following conditions apply:You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • A $3 handling fee will be deducted from your refund and will be borne by the buyer. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the buyer.
